With this acquisition, PT Parna Raya now owns 50% shares of the PT Sariarthamas Hotel International (formerly PT Sarinitokyu Hotel International), whilst the other 50% shares are owned by PT.Sarinah (Persero).

PT Parna Raya coal energy business was established in 2009 and was awarded by the Regional Government of Kutai Timur of a Coal Development Mining License, a concession area of 12.670 ha at the subdistrict of Bengalon, Kutai Timur province of East Kalimantan.
